Special Thanksgiving Product Line-up -
Charcuterie
Jonathan has made his special Liverwurst and Pate de Campagne! The Liverwurst is
made from our own Pork and Beef, the Pate from our own Suckled Veal and Pork. (This
description is written by Nina, so I will brag...my husband makes the best charcuterie
I've ever tasted!) Both products are available at the farm store on Wednesday 11/21,
while supplies last!
Cheeses Available this week:
Jean-Louis, Jean-Louis Blue, Drumm, Baudolino, Tower of Bobol (they
are wonderfully blue!), Cave-Aged Cheddar and Frolic.
Meats!
The Bobolink Whey-fed pork is in! We have a full selection of freshly frozen pork
roasts, chops, spare ribs, etc. at the farm store. We also have ground beef and
ground veal available in limited quantities at the farm.
We will bring a limited selection of Pork, Beef, and veal to Lincoln Center and
Union Square this week (see special holiday schedule above).
Sorry, but we will not be able to process pre-orders in time for tomorrow's markets,
so shop early for best meat selection.
Stuffing!
Bobolink breads make amazing stuffing...we have prepared a number of our breads
in cubes for time-saving convenience. Since some like their stuffing soft, some
prefer toasted, we have frozen the pre-cut breads for maximum freshness.
Packaged in 1/2 pound bags, priced at just $5 per bag!
