Cheese Forecast
Drumm is ready!
The Grand Reserve Cheddar is also available, and we've decided to sell it for the
regular Cheddar price of $24 per pound, since it's the only cheddar we have right
now. Lucky you!
We also have limited quantities of smooth little Amrams, weighing approximately
4 ounces apiece, and some fabulously assertive Baudolino that is ready to run off
the table!
The first Frolic of the season is also at all of our markets, so enjoy!
There are plenty of Jean-Louis cheeses in the cave, getting more delicious by the
day. We are hoping to get those to you by early July, but we will wait until they
are at their fullest flavor before we open them up. We sell no cheese before its
time!

Beef!
The beef harvest is in. This guy is sweet, tender, and scrumptous, with lovely,
grassy-yellow marbling, a reflection of his good life: raised by mama in pasture,
then three years of breeding our cows, and then off to the Eternal Green Pasture.
We are bringing ground beef and sirloin kabobs to Lincoln Center, Denville, and
Union Square while supplies last. For steaks, come to the farm store, or pre-order
for pick-up at the farm, a farmer's market, or UPS delivery.

Whey-Fed Pork
There are still a few Leg, and Butt Roasts for your enjoyment, marked down to $6
per pound. We are making room for beef, so take advantage of this opportunity
to enjoy the tastiest, juiciest pork around. Why not do pulled pork for July 4th?
Our pork will take your favorite recipe to the next level, guaranteed.
We still have pork belly at $9.50 per pound, as well as ears, tails, and liver.

On the Farm
We have plenty of fresh breads, glorious cheeses, meats, and products from our farming
friends including eggs, honey, and duck products.
Regular farm store hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12-6, Saturday & Sunday 9-5 (closed Tuesdays).
Farm Tours are held every Saturday and Sunday at 2, in all weather (except blizzards
and hurricanes!). The tour includes a pasture walk to see the cows in their element.

Our son Paul is looking for an apartment share in Hoboken, Jersey City, Brooklyn,
or, if a miracle occurs, in Manhattan.
As most of you know, Paul is an extraordinarily talented costumer, patternmaker,
puppetmaker, etc. He needs a room to live and work in, with access to a kitchen
(which will undoubtedly lead to a parade of amazing brownies and cookies!), and
a place to lay out and cut fabric from time to time.
Some lucky person will end up with Paulie as a roommate, which I can wholeheartedly
recommend: you'll never have to do your own stitching!
The need is rather immediate--

his current share arrangement is about to end, and a move back to the farm will
cause a big disruption to his business.
