| | | Stock Trading Lessons 101
You have to love when a story comes together, especially when that stock you just bought makes that big move right away. For example, I can't believe the move Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corp. (NASDAQ: OSH) made on Friday, the day we profiled it.
I must admit that instant gratification is a great thing when it happens. But we all know it is a rarity. So we must be thankful when it occurs, and recognize that while luck and timing have something to do with trading success, diligence and persistence will help you in the long term.
In an effort to remind us all not to think we walk on water when we make a good call, I thought it would be a great opportunity to impart some words of wisdom in "Stock Trading 101, The Stock Junction Style."

It's Volatile, But Is It a Bargain?
Three times a week, we opine about the market or profile stocks that we think will move higher. It is not often that we highlight stocks that we project will fall due to being overvalued or out of favor. Who wants to read that kind of stuff anyway? We figure that if you want negativity, you can read all kinds of weird news stories across the wide world of the Internet.
Over the past week or so the media has stirred fear in the hearts of investors ... and the market performance hasn't helped. Still, there may yet be some opportunities for the courageous. It isn't easy to buy stocks in a downward cycle, even though that is typically when the greatest gains can be recorded.
With that in mind, today I woke up and decided to find the most beaten-down stock on NASDAQ.
