		This Space is Going Higher   by Rob Goldman     Roughly 15 months ago we took the plunge and elected to profile a leading medical marijuana stock. Although the stock pick did not do particularly well (timing is everything, after all), a lot has changed in the industry that warrants a re-visit.   The bottom line is that we are in the early stages of the industry. And while there are headwinds looming, there are far more positives than negatives. With that in mind, we are going to provide you with a brain dump of key information at a high level, and then highlight the most prominent name in the space.   Despite no change in stance by the U.S. federal government, 19 states and the District of Columbia have approved some sort of medical marijuana program. For example, I can't believe the move Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corp. (NASDAQ: OSH) made on Friday, the day we profiled it.   I must admit that instant gratification is a great thing when it happens. But we all know it is a rarity.
