We're continuing to expand the lineup for the 4th Annual Rock Shop Rock Show! We have added more classes, more vendors and more fun to the show! Just to start, we've added 3 new classes including Mineralogy for Mineral Collectors, Mineral Phenomenons, and The World of Copper!  We've added new vendors including a glass artist, and a custom knife artist!  And, we've increased the fun with Fantasy Rock Hounding! A great new game offering exciting chances to win during the rock show!  Keep Reading... How The Raffle Works!  We want to send you home with rocks... for free! Be sure to get entered as many times as you can to have the maximum chance of winning! We've made it easy to get entered to win raffle prizes by giving you opportunities to collect tickets!  Come In: Just come in an ask for your raffle ticket any and everyday from now until the last day of the rock show, September 14th!  Purchase: ANYTHING! Every $10.00 you spend on classes, minerals, beads, ANYTHING, will earn you another raffle ticket between now and 5:45 pm September 14th!  Be Social: We are giving away raffle tickets to our Facebook fans for playing games, and being awesome! Call 801.355.7952    Activities For Kids at the Rock Show!  *Gold Panning For Kids & Adults: Thursday; Learn how to gold pan and get some hands on experience! Plus, keep your treasures ( up to e pieces). 4pm to 8pm,  FREE for our Rock Hounds! You can purchase glass vials to keep your treasure in separately.    *Fossil & Dinosaur Dig for Jr. Rockhounds:  Bring your Jr. Rock Hounds and let them dig for real fossils from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday September 13th as part of the 4th Annual Rock Shop Rock Show here at the Rock Shop on Main! Fossils include trilobites, dino bone, coprolite, dino egg shell fragments, fossil sea shells and more! $5.00 per child includes a collection bag, paint brush and up to 3 fossils!  SIGN UP HERE.... Pick A Geode & We'll Cut It Open Right Before Your Eyes: Pick a Geode and then watch as we cut it open right in front of your eye's! We'll be super careful to not peak so you can be the first human to ever see inside! Geodes cost just $5.00 each and cutting is free during this event when you purchase the geode from us. Grab a 'Fantasy Rockhounding Roster" from the front counter and be sure to fill it out. There will be 3 places for your 'rock crew', 1 slot for a fantasy rock hounding vehicle and an additional place for your 'fantasy' tool. The sky is the limit on this one so have fun!!! Fill out the roster and turn it back in for a chance to win some great prizes and be featured in one of five Fanatsy Rockhounding Lineup Catagories including, Most Clever Use of Historic Figures, Funniest Lineup and more!
