I flew on Porter Airlines (have you heard of them?). To my delight, Porter Airlines REALLY stands out! Let me tell you why. In Newark airport, while there is 'fee based' WiFi from Boingo, Porter has free WiFi for it's passengers. While there is plenty of food you can pay for - Porter has free coffee and snacks for its passengers. What's also different is the staff. Porter staff dresses better than other airline staff you typically see. In fact, I saw a guy in a suit and tie in the jet way - he was a bag handler! So what about YOUR business?
