Over the past year, our editors have eaten their way across America, meticulously consuming everything from Nordic tasting menus, to Moroccan fried chicken biscuits, to cheddar cheese ice cream sandwiches, all in an effort to suss out which new restaurants deserved to make our final list of 33.
