Unlikely Match-Ups: Drake vs. Dracula Monsters find themselves at odds all the time. And today, two more clash in the battle for survival. In one corner, we have Count Vladislaus Dracula (from Van Helsing), who possesses all the classic might of a traditional Dracula, and more. He's strong, he's fast, he can shape-shift into a large bat-man-monster, and he's notoriously hard to kill, a fact that Van Helsing had to deal with repeatedly. But so is his opponent. Drake (from Blade) has lived since ancient Babylon and before, where he was worshiped as Dagon and was a precursor to the Dracula myth. He's a perfect vampire: immune to sunlight, possessed of immense strength and speed, and capable of shifting his form in a variety of myriad shapes, including other people and inhuman monsters. Drake is also a great swordsman, who could hold the likes of Blade at bay with shocking ease. Both are, in their way, Count Dracula. But only one can hold the title, so which one walks away with it?
