Facebook and Publicis Groupe have signed a multiyear partnership deal that's said to be worth "hundreds of millions of dollars." The deal gives Publicis greater access to Facebook's data and ad inventory, plus more opportunities for Publicis clients on Instagram. "You can boil it down to integration and data. Report: YouTube to buy streaming-game firm for $1 billion
