 Dear USO Supporter, Right now, there are hundreds of thousands of active duty troops serving across the globe. Each one volunteered to serve, and as a result, put their life on the line to preserve the freedoms we enjoy daily. With Memorial Day around the corner, the USO wants to honor the commitment of our troops and their families by thanking them in a record-breaking way – but we need your help. To break the Guinness World Record for most signatures on a flag, we need 33,000 supporters to add their name to our Every Moment Counts flag. With your help, it will be the largest “thank you” ever for our troops and their families We only have until May 31 to get this done, but here’s the good news: No matter where you are, you can join us by adding your signature electronically and your signature will be printed on the flag. With your help, and hopefully the help of your friends, we can break this record! Each signature has a story. I signed the flag for my father, a World War II veteran who served in the Pacific theater. Who will you sign it for? When I served, the USO was always there to remind me that America was behind me and appreciated my service.
