Last week, we released a new version of Snagit, and there's only more good stuff to come! In the weeks leading up to the big release, we held a couple webinars all jam-packed with information about Snagit and what else is going on behind the scenes. View the Tutorial » | | Snagit Tutorial: Taking Your First Video Capture You can use Snagit just for screen captures, but it's also a great tool for recording your screen. Much like when you take an image capture, Snagit gives you the option to record the entire screen, a specific region or window, or at standard video dimensions. Once you get the hang of taking video captures, you can use Snagit videos to: - Walk someone through a process or issue.
- Record a demonstration or how-to video.
- Give audio and visual feedback.
- Record a small portion of a video to playback in a presentation.

Let us know! | | Snagit Mac Tutorial: Taking Your First Image Capture Along with all the other fantastic new features in the recent release of Snagit on Mac 3.0, the capture window has gotten a facelift! If you're a Jing fan, you might recognize the new workflow: Instead of first choosing which type of capture you'd like (image or video, for example) and then choosing the dimensions with the cross hairs, we've flipped it around. Now you can pick the capture area and make adjustments as necessary before you take your snags.
