Then President Obama's EPA released new standards to fix that, and opponents have come out swinging. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce distorted the facts in one widely-distributed report, and members of Congress keep citing the flawed study to oppose the standards.1 One front group even took out a full-page ad in USA Today comparing the Environmental Protection Agency to terrorists and anarchists.2 We have a fight on our hands this summer.
