Jean-Louis, tangy, bright, and buttery     Please click here to order cheeses for UPS delivery.   Meat Availability We've got ground beef and braising cuts including bones for stock...soup time! We also have all cuts of pork and veal available, though the chops are running low... Simple stock recipe: Roast bones, shanks, or pork feet at 350 F (lightly salted) in a shallow baking pan until browned.  Transfer to heavy bottomed stock pot.  Fill the pot with hot water just to cover your meat and bones, simmer over a very low heat for 4-5 hours.  If desired, season with Bay Leaf, black pepper, onions, and garlic. If you use pork feet, you can pick the meat off the bones for soup or hearty cassoulet! Class Schedule set for 2015   The hands-on bread, charcuterie, and cheese classes are posted for the entire year, so it's a great time to make plans.  If you live far away, we can suggest other weekend destinations, so you can take advantage of our little paradise on the Delaware River.  There are numerous bed and breakfast establishments within 20 minutes of the farm, each a great destination on its own...   Click here to sign up for a bread class.
