What do vegan mac 'n' cheese, vegan chili, vegan fried chicken with mashed potatoes, and vegan chocolate chip cookies all have in common?
They're all delicious; they're all good for your mind, your spirit, and your soul (and for animals, duh); AND they're all comfort foods, meaning they're what you NEED to survive until spring finally decides to roll around. That means you can (or rather, you SHOULD) eat them while wearing sweatpants. It also means these dishes (and Netflix) will be your new BFFs.
