Good morning, My meeting this morning has been pushed back by an hour , so I was able to get to the office and send out this morning update..... Metals are steady as traders await today's Federal Reserve Bank decision on interest rates along with the accompanying commentary on the economy....Wall Street is expecting to hear a more dovish tone by Fed Chairperson Janet Yellen...... As for prices; we find Silver changing hands at $18.08 off 3 cents.....Gold is $2.00 lower at $1292.00 per ounce.....Palladium is $788.00 up $4.00.....Platinum sits at $1267.00 up $2.00...... On the currency front; the price of a Euro is 17/100ths of U.S. cent lower at $1.1364....Keep in mind the Euro made a big advance against the Dollar yesterday.....Crude Oil is lower ahead of today's Weekly Oil Inventories, and in the face of a firmer U.S. Greenback..... In stock market activity; Asia ended Wednesday mostly lower as the continent caught up to Tuesday's U.S. stock market beating....The Dow plunged by 292 points on the heels of a weak durable goods report, and some softer than expected corporate earnings ..... In Europe prices are lower across the board as well with the Greek elections and its economic ramifications resonating throughout the Continent....Meanwhile in New York the Dow looks to open flat ahead of today's Fed results....That's it.....
