Challenges of Building Intercloud   The concept of a cloud being operated by one service provider or an enterprise interoperating with clouds operated by another is limited to certain use cases. A common method for enabling interoperability is to use open standards, which a number of cloud standardization projects are developing for the cloud. However, there are currently no interoperability standards in place, with widespread adoption. In order for disparate cloud computing environments to seamlessly federate and interoperate, an emergence of such mature standards is a must.
