Facebook reportedly plans LiveRail-powered ad exchange

Nielsen research that includes hooking viewers up to brain scanners to figure out how much they're engaging with the shows they watch indicates that the number of tweets posted about a show in any given moment correlates with the degree of viewer engagement.
