There are some signs, albeit somewhat debatable signs, that the economy is starting to recover. The biggest evidence for this is that more places have help wanted signs out, whether on storefronts, in newspapers, online or elsewhere. A provider of unified identity management across cloud, mobile and the data center has announced it is upping its customer service for enterprises.

A local news source from Eugene, Oregon recently reported that Firstsource Solutions will open a new call center in North Eugene come the first week of April.
