	Presenters: Ted Graef President and Co-Founder, All Traffic Solutions Ted Graef is the President and co-founder of All Traffic Solutions based in State College, Pennsylvania. ATS is the leading provider of traffic safety solutions that include products such as speed displays and variable message signs and the web application software to remotely manage those products and their data. In his role as President of All Traffic Solutions, Mr. Graef is responsible for all facets of the business, including overall company strategy, product development, sales, marketing and operations. ATS products are sold to governments and corporations internationally with products in all 50 states and 20 countries. All Traffic Solutions is one of the first companies in the world with a fully connected product line supported by its TraffiCloud Ecosystem. All products ship with an active internet connection providing web-based management of both ATS products and complimentary products from other manufacturers. The cloud-based TraffiCloud platform allows ATS to add additional products and services to the ecosystem with minimal development assets. Mr. Graef has a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Maryland and an MBA from Penn State. Prior to founding ATS, Mr. Graef worked in all areas of corporate operations at several electronic manufacturing companies. He has expertise in rapid product design and development, with operational emphasis focused towards quickly delivering quality electronic and software controlled products to the market. Mr. Graef has implemented cell manufacturing systems, consolidated corporate acquisitions and been responsible for engineering and manufacturing operations at several firms. Mr. Graef is past President of the Industry Advisory Board of the Penn State Learning Factory and serves on the Penn State Engineering Entrepreneurship Minor Industry Advisory Board. He is a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Engineer. Mr. Graef is married and has three children. He enjoys camping and hiking, is an Eagle Scout and is currently Scoutmaster of Troop 32 in State College, PA. Scott McCarley Senior Director of Solution Management at ThingWorx, a PTC Business. Scott McCarley is Senior Director of Solution Management at ThingWorx, a PTC Business, where he is focused on enabling customers to leverage the Internet of Things to deliver new value and transform the way they create, operate and service products. He has responsibility for the leadership of market analysis, solution definition, and go-to-market activities for ThingWorx Smart, Connected Product offerings. For the past 5 years, Scott has worked with leading manufacturers to help elevate their product development, service and supply chain management capabilities. Scott has over 15 years of management experience with enterprise software companies in roles ranging from software development to marketing.
