China.   It's been pushing for years to take over as the world's new reserve currency.   It started with a special deal exclusive to China and Russia.   "China and Russia have decided to renounce the U.S. dollar and resort to using their own currencies," reported China Daily.   But since then, it's slowly brought many other countries into the anti-dollar fold.   Oxford Club Resource Strategist Sean Brodrick has been covering this developing situation.   I met with him first thing this morning to discuss the matter.   Sean told me, "This is no laughing matter...
