Never before have our close allies, including Australia, France and Great Britain, shown a preference to bank with China rather than America. Yet they're lining up to do so now.   Never before has a major U.S. bank gone so far to say, "The U.S. dollar is in trouble." But that's exactly what a leading Bank of America analyst recently announced.   And never before has a former U.S. Treasury secretary so boldly bashed our own dollar, proclaiming, "This may be remembered as the moment the U.S. lost its role as the underwriter of the global economic system." Yet that was Lawrence Summers' brazen warning just days ago.
