Spring Cheeses at all markets! Early Spring Amram Cheeses-about 1/3 lb each The spring cheeses are now ready in greater quantity, so we have them going to all markets.  Each batch is a bit different, but they are tending toward the gooey but mild!  Even the Amrams pictured here are not overly strong...we have a variety of Baudolino, Drumm, and Amram going to markets.  Shop early! Father's Day BBQ & Lawn Concert    Featuring Meghan Cary & The Analog Gypsies Join us on Sunday, June 21, for the second great food & music event this Bobolink season!  Meghan is an amazing performer and songwriter, with a soulful, expressive voice.  The show is a combination of original songs and energetic covers...we know that Meghan will be your next favorite singer/songwriter! We'll be selling Bobolink's own 100% grass-fed burgers and cheese steaks on our own rolls, of course.  The Bobolink Store will be open if you want to stock up on other goodies such as cheese, Hudson Valley Duck products, and perhaps some cookies! $15 per person, kids under 10 are free.  BYOB.  Sorry, no dogs please. Click here to sign up for a farm tour.  Eggs The Bobolink Chicken Flock with their guardian dog, Cooper  After starting their lives at Bobolink by weeding Nina's garden, the chickens are now in our backyard pasture, protected by electric chicken fence and our guardian dog, Cooper.  He is a cross of Maremma, Anatolian, and Great Pyranees, just 100 lbs at 10 months! The chickens are feeding on bakery scraps, whey, a bit of non-gmo non-soy feed, grass, and bugs.  Our chickens are doing so well, that we have enough of their exceptional eggs to make our Emmer Pasta and Nina's Butter Cookies, and sell some by the dozen as well!  Available at the farm store and Tucker Square Thursdays!  Veal is Here! Just in time for BBQ season, we have our amazing suckled, pastured veal in stock.  Our veal calves are raised on the pasture by their mothers, and harvested at weaning.  Available this weekend at the farm store, Tucker Square, and Dvoor markets.        How to reserve a pick up order When you order from us, you can arrange for it to be picked up at the farm, or at one of our farmer's markets.
