Jeff Valentine has more than a decade of experience running, growing, and selling telecommunications and telecommunications software companies. Prior to Fonality, Valentine was VP of Product for the cloud division at ShoreTel and SVP of Product Marketing at M5 Networks, where he was a member of the executive team that helped sell M5 to ShoreTel in 2011. Before joining M5, he was President and CEO of Callfinity, a telecommunications software provider that grew by more than 500% before being acquired by M5. As an investor, he founded Valentinium, a private equity firm with interests in upstate New York. Valentine is a board member at several private businesses and non-profit organizations including The Strong, Geva Theatre Center, the Venture Jobs Foundation, and Pariemus, an organization he co-founded for entrepreneurs and CEOs. He is a cum laude graduate of Cornell University in Materials Science and Engineering with a concentration in Polymer Chemistry.
