Net Neutrality Is Being Sued

free press action fund

Don’t let Comcast lock down the Internet. Donate $5 to help us save the Net Neutrality rules.

Jason,

Big phone and cable companies have filed 10 lawsuits (yes, really) to undermine the Net Neutrality rules you fought so hard for.

Today they submitted the first big legal briefs challenging the rules — and they use the same arguments we've debunked over and over. But the cable and phone companies are hoping that this time the judges will fall for their false claims.

That's why we're going toe to toe with those companies in court to defend the rules — and your rights to connect and communicate.

Please chip in $5 to help us stand up for Net Neutrality in court.

When we started this fight, no one believed that we could beat companies like Comcast and Verizon. But we did. Now we need to do everything it takes to hold our ground.

So far, we're pulling it off. We made the definitive case for Net Neutrality at the FCC and we’re ready to do it again. Last month a federal court rejected Team Cable’s ploy to delay the Net Neutrality rules from going into effect. But there are still 10 different lawsuits on the table that we need to get past, and we can’t do it without your support.

If everyone getting this email donated just $5, we’d raise enough money to cover our legal costs.

Our opponents have an endless supply of cash to help them in their quest to kill Net Neutrality. We rely on donations from members like you. Anything you can give will go a long way.

Thanks for all that you do. Let's win this thing!
