Jason, Big phone and cable companies have filed 10 lawsuits (yes, really) to undermine the Net Neutrality rules you fought so hard for. Today they submitted the first big legal briefs challenging the rules — and they use the same arguments we've debunked over and over. But the cable and phone companies are hoping that this time the judges will fall for their false claims. That's why we're going toe to toe with those companies in court to defend the rules — and your rights to connect and communicate. Please chip in $5 to help us stand up for Net Neutrality in court. When we started this fight, no one believed that we could beat companies like Comcast and Verizon. But we did. Now we need to do everything it takes to hold our ground. So far, we're pulling it off. Last month a federal court rejected Team Cable’s ploy to delay the Net Neutrality rules from going into effect.
