Share your comments HERE and let us know!   We hope you enjoy!     Small Businesses Embracing MADE IN THE USA  Having recently celebrated another birthday of our great country, I was spurred to think back to a time, in the 1970’s when I was just a little girl, and the 4th of July and American Pride seemed to have such a different tone and meaning. Perhaps it’s just my changing of age and priorities, but what once seemed like a celebration of pride of who we are and what we stand for – a true celebration of the Red, White and Blue – seems to have turned into just another day off and a reason to light explosives into the air for momentary excitement. Or perhaps it’s sparked by having watched more and more jobs and businesses being moved overseas the last few decades. That trend, which allowed businesses to take advantage of lower costs in supplies, labor and manufacturing, has made what was once a source of great pride – MADE IN THE USA – almost as close to extinction as the American Bald Eagle was back in the early 2000’s.
