Cheese Forecast The early summer cheeses are  hitting their peak, and the flavors and textures are stellar!  We have Drumm and Jean-Louis, as well as the lovely Cave-Aged Cheddar, Frolic, Amish Blue, and Amish Schmearkase.  More Baudolino coming down the pike for Autumn! New release: Pinot Noir Baudolino We are pleased to release the first few wheels of wine-washed Baudolino cheese, tomorrow at Union Square Greenmarket and at the farm.  There will be more next week, probably at all of our markets. Whey-fed pork! We've harvested our spring pigs--chops, roasts, ribs, ground, organs, trotters, etc. are available at our farm store, and at Lincoln Center. Our last outdoor tent concert will be held on Sunday October 4th, 12-4 pm.  Farm tour at 11 AM, Bobolink burgers, bread and cheese plates, and roast pork and pesto sandwiches starting at noon, and music from 1-4.  The tour $5/person, food resonably priced a la carte, and NO MUSIC CHARGE! The tour involves a hike uphill through the woods, and may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Children are welcome, although strollers won't make it. Tour is about an hour long, and ends with a tasting of our breads and cheeses. Most Saturdays and Sundays, 2 PM. Reservations required.
