 Welcome back to school! We hope you had a great summer and are as excited as us to start a new school year. This time of year we get a lot of "I forgot my username and/or password" or "my account has been locked." We understand this can be frustrating especially when your students are in line to check out books from the classroom library. There are so many usernames and passwords to remember! Here are a couple of tips to help retrieve your username and/or password: On the Classroom Organizer Homepage you will find a "forgot your username or password?" link. You will be prompted to enter one of the following:  Please note at times if using a school email address, our email may not get through the firewall or it may go to the spam/junk folder. Follow the instructions to complete the process chosen. When logging into Classroom Organizer, the account will lock on the website and/or mobile app when the information is entered wrong more than 5 times. This is set up to protect your account. If your account gets locked – NEVER fear! Our experts can unlock the account and retrieve the account information for your access. Contact us by phone, email or the Live Chat.  Speaking of the LIVE CHAT, how much do you love the ability to instantly have help with your Classroom Organizer account? We want to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Help us serve you better by following a few chat guidelines: When signing into the Live Chat, please provide all information requested. This helps our experts look up your account information more quickly and provide accurate information about your account. After the chat has been initiated, please note at times there are multiple people in the chat at one time. Our experts help multiple people at a time but try to answer chats in the order received. Your patience is appreciated! When entering the chat for assistance or questions within your Classroom Organizer or School Portal account, providing your classroom ID and/or the email in which the account is under or even the first and last name on the account will help our experts provide assistance in a timely and most effective fashion!  Our experts need your feedback on how you are currently using the School Portal and what you would like to see changed or updated in the functionality of the program. Are students and teachers accessing the bookroom? Are teachers checking books out of the bookroom only to turn around and check it out to students? We want to know! When searching the app store for the Classroom Organizer app on your iPad, you will need to change the filter in the upper left hand corner to show iPhone apps. The iPad defaults to iPad only apps. Our app is available for BOTH iPhone and iPad. HOORRAYY! |
