A couple weeks ago I was in Pennsylvania, not only filming my new spoof flick (which I'll tell you about soon), but also filming guitarist Eric Gales for an upcoming instructional DVD. Not sure if you heard of Eric, but the guy is one of the top players around today.

Filming a guitar legend (Eric Gales) A couple weeks ago I was in Pennsylvania, not only filming my new spoof flick (which I'll tell you about soon), but also filming guitarist Eric Gales for an upcoming instructional DVD. Not sure if you heard of Eric, but the guy is one of the top players around today. 20 years ago, Carlos Santana saw his potential and asked to be his Godfather (true story).  Zakk Wylde and Eric Johnson had guest appearences on his last album. Joe Bonnamassa called him one of the best blues guitarists in the world. Anyway, we got hooked up through a random coincidence and spend an afternoon with him filming his as he broke down his style. The guy really is a guitar genius.  It was crazy. Anyway, here's a few performance clips just to whet your appetite. ERIC GALES LIVE GUITAR PERFORMANCES Enjoy.
