Coeliac disease & gluten sensitivity: Epithelial stress enters the dance in coeliac disease Nadine Cerf-Bensussan & Bertrand Meresse Published online: 21 July 2015 p491 | doi:10.1038/nrgastro.2015.120 Coeliac disease is an immune-mediated enteropathy induced by gluten.
