Latest Featured Articles Enterprise mobility isn't merely a means of getting emails on the go or a tool for executives to view meeting notes-it's nothing less than a revolution in product and service delivery. The rise of mobile apps, such as Uber or Dropbox, has completely transformed, disrupted, and (in some cases) crushed industries and businesses. Companies that want to compete in the 21st century need to harness the possibilities of mobile by shifting their approach from tactical to strategic to transformative. Any communications service provider is only as strong and reliable as its equipment and network architecture, and Metronet (UK) has made this a priority as the service provider quickly grows its business. The company has selected GENBAND's Session Border Controller (SBC) and Real Time Session Manager (RSM) to support its expanding IP voice and real-time communications services. With the costs of healthcare rising each year, health care providers are looking for a way to keep costs down. The requirements to move to electronic healthcare records (EHR), a key component of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), hasn't helped many companies get a grip on their administrative costs. People aren't locked into a proprietary OTT ecosystem, but they still have to have the client up and on to make a call. The world hasn't actually gotten any smaller in the digital age. Quite the contrary, it is we who have grown, or at least our reach which has expanded, thanks to the undeniable power of modern communication technology. And while the ability to communicate across borders and over oceans is no longer novel, the speed at which this communication occurs, and the quality of the interactions, is, and always will be mind-boggling. No place is this more apparent than the work place. Frequent visitors to the WebRTC Solutions Community know that one of the things we like to do is look at new/disruptive capabilities that WebRTC is enabling in various vertical markets. In this regard a new entrant as a vertical to be transformed is in legal services. This time, innovation comes courtesy of an Entrepreneurial Class project at Colorado University at Boulder which led to creation of Congo (Congo.io).
