"1234": The Password That Could Cripple the Planet

In today's digital world, we all use passwords.

Whether you're signing in to your computer, a website or your cellphone, you use a password for something.

Some are simple, like the ones we use to open our smartphones. Others are more complex, like those used for online banking.

Now, common sense says that the more sensitive the information, the more secure the password will be.

Well, not according to the second-most influential think tank in the world, Chatham House.

In a disturbing new report, Chatham has found that a foolishly simple password is being used on critical systems that control up to 19% of America's energy supply.

The password? Simple: "1234."

Officials interviewed for the report describe this password as being used "everywhere" throughout their control systems.

What's more concerning is that this flawed password is just a small piece of a much larger problem in our energy infrastructure.

According to General Keith Alexander, this problem represents the country's "greatest risk."

"We need something like an integrated airdefense system for the whole energy sector," he said.

Luckily, Oxford Club Energy and Infrastructure Strategist David Fessler is well ahead of the pack on this one.

You see... energy and infrastructure companies make up nearly 30% of the overall stock market.

What happens to them could have a severe impact on the rest of the stock market.

And Dave's found a way to both avoid the chaos and do very well if you position yourself correctly.

While you may find some of the information a bit disturbing, I believe you need to see this.

Just go here to watch Dave's eye-opening presentation on what he believes to be the greatest threat facing America today.

Sincerely,

Andrew
