A warning to a dysfunctional nation

The new book about Notorious RBG is a "self-conscious hagiography," but ThinkProgress' legal expert breaks down why it also includes a warning to a broken nation. In a press conference today at noon, the sheriff in charge of 'Officer Slam's' police department said the officer, who flipped and dragged a teenage girl like a rag doll, has been fired -- but the sheriff also blamed the girl and said she needs to be "held responsible." And, these GOP candidates want you to believe they worked their way up from the bottom, when they were actually born into immense privilege.
