Proof the Benghazi investigation isn't normal

Hillary heads to the Hill.
It's the day of Hillary Clinton's Benghazi hearing, and Republicans are trying desperately to prove that their investigation isn't politically motivated. These two charts suggest that's not true. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) demanded the support of all major House GOP caucuses as a condition for running for Speaker of the House, but he doesn't have the numbers for a formal endorsement from the hardline Freedom Caucus.
