We are making our annual Irish Soda Bread, using tall-wheat artisanal flour, organic currants, and whey. The best Irish Soda Bread you will ever have, it's great with Jonathan's 100% Grass-fed Cultured Butter. They are in limited supply, so pre-order here! This week, the cheeses continue to be spectacular: Gooey Amram, Smooth Amram, Cave-Aged Cheddar, Semi-firm Drumm, Semi-soft Drumm, Frolic, Jean Louis, and Gooey Baudolino. And don't forget Oasis' Amish Blue and Schmearkase! This weekend, we will attend the following markets:

Starting next Thursday, March 17, we will return to our full schedule of NYC markets...Tucker Square Thursday and Saturday 8-5, Union Square Friday 8-6.
The farm store, as always, is open MWThF 12-6, S&S 9-5 This weekend, we have a tour on Saturday at 2.

Center for Educational Advancement, Flemington, NJ On the evening of March 12, Jonathan and Nina will be serving a delicious Bobolink spread at the yearly cozy fundraiser for the Center for Educational Advancement in Flemington, NJ.
"An Evening at the Lodge" is a celebration of CEA's 45th year of helping people with disabilities to prepare for, find and maintain meaningful employment.
