Orange Romaine Salad

Metric Ingredient Imperial 1 large head romaine lettuce 1 3 oranges 3 50 ml red wine vinegar 1/4 cup 175 ml salad oil 3/4 cup 15 ml honey 1 tbsp 2 ml salt 1/2 tsp 1 ml ground pepper 1/4 tsp 50 ml green onions, chopped 1/4 cup

Rinse and dry lettuce on paper towels. Tear into bite size pieces. Peel and slice oranges. In a small container; shake vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper and green onions. Just before serving; put lettuce in salad bowl. Sprinkle with dressing and toss. Add orange slices and gently toss. Serves 8
