I get many emails and comments from frustrated parents about their picky eaters and getting in the rut of making the same meal over and over…including chicken nuggets and fries for the kids. Well…if all your picky kid is eating is chicken nuggets and fries or other bland, white processed foods…then that’s all that they will crave. Because “you crave what you eat.” It’s up to you, as the picky eater’s parent, to help them expand their taste buds and try new foods. It’s about variety and offering new foods, consistently. It’s about getting yourself out of that rut…and if you want, stop buying chicken nuggets all together.
