Chicken Cordon Blue
Metric Ingredient Imperial
3 whole chicken breasts, split in half, skinned & deboned 3
3 slices swiss cheese, cut in half 3
3 thin slices ham, cut in half 3
30 ml butter 2 tbsp
1 can cream of chicken soup 1
50 ml milk 1/4 cup
125 ml celery, chopped 1/2 cup
125 ml onion, chopped 1/2 cup
- salt & pepper to taste -
In a large skillet; melt butter and cook chicken over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Turn chicken over. Top each breast with a half slice of ham and a half slice of cheese over ham. Secure with toothpicks.

Stir in soup, milk, celery and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on medium low heat for another 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
