Mushroom Bruschetta

Mushroom Bruschetta
Metric Ingredient Imperial
1 loaf italian bread, cut in half lengthwise 1
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1
1 ml garlic powder 1/4 tsp
1 ml italian seasoning, crushed 1/4 tsp
250 ml mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup
15 ml parmesan cheese, grated 1 tbsp
1 small red pepper, chopped 1
2 green onion, chopped 2
Heat bread on baking sheet in preheated 400 F (200 C) oven for approximately 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Meanwhile; mix soup, garlic powder and seasoning. Stir in mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, pepper and onions.

Spread soup mixture over bread. Bake 5 minutes or until hot. Cut each half into 12 slices.
