Sour Cream and Chive Potatoes
Metric Ingredient Imperial
10 potatoes, boiled & diced 10
250 ml sour cream or plain yogurt 1 cup
10 ml salt 2 tsp
500 ml cottage cheese 2 cup
50 ml fresh chives, chopped 1/4 cup
2 ml garlic salt 1/2 tsp
125 ml cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup
In a large bowl; combine potatoes, sour cream, salt, cottage cheese, chives, garlic salt and cheddar cheese. Mix well with an electric mixer on low setting.

Pour into a 13 x 9 (3.5 L) baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
