Pork Skillet

Pork Skillet
Metric Ingredient Imperial
15 ml canola oil 1 tbsp
4 pork loin chop, lean & boneless 4
2 medium onions, thinly sliced 2
1 can whole tomatoes, undrained 1
175 ml water 3/4 cup
10 ml paprika 2 tsp
5 ml salt 1 tsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
1 ml garlic powder 1/4 tsp
3 medium potatoes, unpeeled & chopped 3
2 medium carrots, chopped 2
In a large skillet; heat oil on medium heat. Add pork. Cook until brown on both sides; remove from skillet.

Add onion; cook while stirring until tender. Add tomatoes, water, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bring to a boil.

Return meat to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Add potatoes and carrots. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
