Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Sauce
Metric Ingredient Imperial
500 g brussels sprouts, trimmed 1 lb
250 ml chicken broth 1 cup
125 ml skim milk 1/2 cup
15 ml all purpose flour 1 tbsp
15 ml mayonnaise 1 tbsp
10 ml whole grain mustard 2 tsp
In microwave or on stove; cook brussels sprouts until tender crisp. Drain and keep warm.

In medium saucepan over medium heat; stir broth, milk and flour until smooth. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Spoon over sprouts.
