In microwave or on stove; cook brussels sprouts until tender crisp. Drain and keep warm. In medium saucepan over medium heat; stir broth, milk and flour until smooth. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Spoon over sprouts. Serves 4 | |||||||||||||||||||||
