Molded Vegetable Salad

Metric Ingredient Imperial 1 package (4 serving size) lemon, lime or orange gelatin 1 3 ml salt 3/4 tsp 250 ml boiling water 1 cup 175 ml cold water 3/4 cup 50 ml green peppers, finely chopped 1/4 cup 30 ml cider vinegar 2 tbsp 10 ml onions, grated 2 tsp 175 ml cabbage, finely chopped 3/4 cup 175 ml celery, chopped 3/4 cup

In a medium bowl; place gelatin and salt. Pour in boiling water; stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water, green peppers, vinegar and onions. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours. Fold in cabbage and celery; pour into mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Serves 6
