Orange Turkey Salad

Metric Ingredient Imperial 1 small can mandarin orange segments 1 225 g cooked boneless turkey, cubed 1/2 lb 250 ml celery, thinly sliced 1 cup 500 ml seedless grapes, cut in half 2 cup 125 ml water chestnuts, thinly sliced 1/2 cup 50 ml green onions, sliced 1/4 cup 75 ml sour cream 6 tbsp 30 ml mayonnaise 2 tbsp 15 ml lemon juice 1 tbsp 5 ml worcestershire sauce 1 tsp - pepper to taste -

Drain mandarin orange segments, reserving 1 tablespoon (15 ml) syrup. In serving bowl; combine orange segments, turkey, celery, grapes, water chestnuts and green onions. In a small bowl; mix orange syrup, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and pepper until well belended. Add to turkey mixture; toss gently until evenly coated. Serves 4
