Metric Ingredient Imperial 50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup 15 ml pineapple juice 1 tbsp 1 ml salt 1/4 tsp 1 L cabbage, shredded 4 cup 3 medium oranges, peeled & sectioned 3 75 ml crushed pineapple, drained 1/3 cup 125 ml green peppers, chopped 1/2 cup

In large bowl; mix mayonnaise, pineapple juice and salt until well blended. Add cabbage, orange sections, pineapple and green peppers; toss gently until evenly coated. Serves 6
