Green Vegetable and Pasta Salad
Metric Ingredient Imperial
227 g green pasta spirals 8 oz
170 g peas 6 oz
170 g green beans, cut 6 oz
170 g broccoli florets 6 oz
2 small zucchini, cubed 2
75 ml italian salad dressing 1/3 cup
- toasted sliced almonds for garnish -
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large saucepan over high heat, place peas, beans, broccoli and zucchini in boiling water. Cook 1 minute. Drain; rinse under cold water and drain again. Drain pasta.

In large bowl, combine pasta and vegetables. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently until evenly coated. Sprinkle with almonds.
