| Preheat broiler. Cut off top of each tomato; leaving shell and skin, scoop out pulp and place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients to pulp; stir until well combined. Place about 1 tablespoon (15 ml) into each tomato. Place tomatoes on broiler pan and broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serves 4 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
