Metric Ingredient Imperial 500 ml red &/or green peppers, chopped 2 cup 227 g can tomatoes, broken up 8 oz 40 ml onions, chopped 3 tbsp - pinch dried oregano - - parmesan cheese, grated -

In large saucepan over medum heat, combine peppers, tomatoes, onions and oregano; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover; cook until thickened. Top with cheese. Serves 4
