Honey Glazed Carrot Straws
Metric Ingredient Imperial
30 ml red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
20 ml honey 1 1/2 tbsp
15 ml water 1 tbsp
6 carrots, peeled & cut into thin julienne strips 6
In medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook vinegar, honey and water for 3 minutes or until honey turns dark brown. Add carrots; toss until well coated with honey mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until carrots are tender.
