Next week: The farm store is open MWThF 12-6, S&S 9-5 On winter weekends, we will have tours on Saturday and Sunday at 2 (weather permitting).
This week, we have Amram, Baudolino, Drumm, Jean-Louis, Cave-Aged Cheddar, Olive Moon Cheese, and Frolic. Additionally, we have Amish Blue and Amish Schmearkase at our markets except for NYC (pre-order here for pickup NY markets).
Meat availability:
Jonathan's suckled veal sausages are now available for your holiday enjoyment! Pictured here are the Suckled Veal Sausages with Port-soaked Black Figs. Also available are Suckled Veal Sausages with Wild Mushrooms, at the Farm Store or Pre-order here.
Our cheeses pair well with whatever Holiday Cheer you may be drinking, but some of our favorites are: Tempranillo, Dry Reisling, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Belgian Ale, or hot cider!
