Dilled Veggie Dip
Metric Ingredient Imperial
300 ml plain yogurt 1 1/4 cup
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped 1
175 ml sour cream 3/4 cup
15 ml dillweed, snipped 1 tbsp
3 cloves garlic, minced 3
- salt & pepper -
- assorted raw vegetables -
In a blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, sour cream, dillweed and garlic. Cover and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with veggies.
